Pricing questions
How much does TruePayout cost?
A preview of any report is free. The Seller plan is ₹499 per month for up to 3,000 unique orders across Meesho, Amazon India and Flipkart. Agencies and larger sellers get a custom Business & Agency quote.
How are orders counted?
Each unique marketplace order counts once, the first time it is checked, per seller account and marketplace. Re-uploads, later settlement lines, refunds and re-checks of the same order are free. Unused orders do not carry over.
What happens at 3,000 orders?
You are warned at 2,400. An upload that would go past 3,000 is stopped before it is processed and you are told how many orders it is over. Nothing is charged automatically and your earlier results stay open.
Does the plan renew automatically?
No. Each month is paid separately through Razorpay. If you do not pay again, the plan ends at the end of the month you paid for.
Is GST added?
No. ₹499 is the total price; TruePayout is not registered for GST, so no GST is charged.
Do you take a commission on money I recover?
No. The Seller plan has no commission on recoveries.
