    When a return arrives, open the return desk before you touch the parcel.

    Scan the AWB

    Scan the return label's barcode, or type the AWB, and add the sub order number.

    Record one uncut video

    Follow the on-screen steps and record one continuous video from the sealed parcel to each item.

  4. Step 4

    Raise the claim

    Choose what you found, copy the claim text, and raise the ticket in your Supplier Panel within the window.

Is the return desk free?

Do I need to install an app?

No. It runs in your phone's browser, and you can add it to your home screen like an app.

How long do I have to claim a wrong return on Meesho?

The window is short and counted from when the return is delivered to you. Check the current window in your Supplier Panel and raise the claim the same day.

Why does the video have to be uncut?

Claims are most often rejected when the video starts after the parcel was opened, the label is unreadable, or the video was cut or paused.
